The Willis team were more than accommodating with the less than anticipated trade of our 2006 Lexus due to transmission issues. They gave us a fair trade for the car knowing its problems. Terry Thomas came in early to assist us with our purchase. The only downside was it took 3.5 hours to get this all done but it was worth it in the end to get a new car.
