The latch of the trunk was replaced in a timely manner and continues to work excellently. The staff worked me into their schedule and as always was courteous and friendly. I always appreciate a very clean car upon exiting Willis Cadillac. It is a tremendous service to customers. Not all service providers offer this excellent service.
