The service I was provided was excellent. However, I am very upset about a different issue. When speaking to the service attendant Jose about the extended warranty I purchased when I brought my car in for service, I was very disappointed with his response to my comment about the warranty. I told Jose that I purchased the extended warranty, and when I did through the finance manager when finalizing my purchase, I asked the finance manager what the extended service warranty covered when he presented it to me. The finance manager told me very clearly it covers everything a new car warranty covers. When I told Jose this, Jose stated to me that was not true. Considering I paid approximately $2,500 for an extended warranty based on a lie from the finance manager, I have lost my confidence in Willis Auto Campus. I know with 100% confidence that the finance manager earns significant commission based on warranty sales on used vehicles. This type of behavior and misleading consumers is unacceptable and I am determining whether I want to go to the better business bureau and other consumer protection agencies to report this action. I would not have purchased the warranty had it not been represented as the same as a new car warranty and I believe I am owed $2,500 by Willis Auto Campus as a result. I look forward to Willis Auto Campus' response to how they plan to rectify this situation with me prior to me notifying any consumer protection agencies about this action. Thank you.
