Absolutely no complaints. Cheerful and helpful staff. Work completed in a timely manner while I waited. Car returned clean on inside and washed on outside. Good Job!

The service staff is extremely customer focused, thorough and friendly. I sited while the vehicle was serviced. The work was performed in the time stated and the wait was in a very comfortable waiting room. The car was washed and cleaned before returning it to me. I have told many about my past experiences at Willis as they are the only car dealer that really understands what it means to provide exceptional service.

As expected and as I have experienced with the Willis service department everything was outstanding. The only minor and very minor issues is why they feel the need to change the radio station-but that is not a big deal.

Everyone is helpful and knowledgable. The staff calls you by name and every problem is given attention!!
